Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized nutrition plans for residents and ensure compliance with CMS and state/federal regulations.
The position emphasizes hands-on training, ongoing education, and flexible, Monday–Friday schedules with on-site coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with credentials issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan within the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, intake and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
