Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will play a critical role in assessing residents’ nutrition needs, developing care plans, and providing education to residents and staff.

This full-time role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to CMS and state regulations. Monday–Friday with flexible schedules, on-site at multiple facility locations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/license in good standing in the state of practice.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document plans in electronic medical record.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and wellbeing.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as required by the company.
• All other duties as assigned.
