Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility.

This role supports residents' health through individualized nutrition plans and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, with Monday–Friday schedules and flexible options. You will assess nutritional needs, document plans in the EMR, educate residents and staff, and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing required.
• Knowledge of CMS/regulations preferred.
• Ability to document care plans in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Ensure CMS/state/federal regulatory compliance.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
