Elior North America is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join the team at John J. Kane Regional Center - Scott in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of residents, develop care plans, and support dining services to promote health and quality of life.

You will educate staff, adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and participate in ongoing quality improvement in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Pass national examination by the CDR or eligibility per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Mansioni

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Work with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
