Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in a high‑quality facility. You will assess patients’ nutritional needs, implement interventions, and work to improve residents’ quality of life in line with their goals.

You will follow professional standards, collaborate with dining and clinical staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and ongoing education in a hospital or long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• CDR certification or eligibility per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements.
• 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• State license or certification as required.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in developing, reviewing, and improving continuous quality improvement programs.
