Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian for our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess patients/residents, initiate interventions to optimize nutritional status, and improve quality of life aligned with individual goals.

Responsibilities include educating the team, adhering to practice standards, collaborating across departments, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This is an onsite full-time position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Passed the CDR exam or eligible per Academy requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights regulations.
• Ability to educate others on nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients.
• Follow standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures in dining and nutrition.
• Participate in developing and updating continuous quality improvement programs.
