Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our RDNC team. In this remote role, you will take full ownership of a designated territory, with the autonomy to drive both client acquisition and talent recruitment. Your responsibilities include building relationships with prospects and sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier Registered Dietitians to meet staffing needs. This role requires a strategic blend of sales acumen and recruiting expertise, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates. You will be supported by robust outreach tools and a dedicated inside sales team, with clear opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing organization that values your success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
  2. Leverage internal outreach systems and collaborate with inside sales representatives to identify, engage, and secure new healthcare clients.
  3. Utilize automated marketing tools and targeted prospecting to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  4. Track sales activity, client interactions, and market trends using our CRM to inform strategies and support data-driven decisions.
  5. Aim to meet and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified Registered Dietitians across care levels.
  2. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational fit.
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, offer negotiations, onboarding, credentialing, and retention planning.
  4. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  5. Demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving recruitment targets.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and respond to staffing needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Address client concerns professionally and promptly, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  3. Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM to support account growth and renewal strategies.

Territory & Market Management

  1. Manage and grow an assigned territory by setting measurable goals and executing strategic plans.
  2. Analyze market trends and adapt outreach and recruitment strategies to maximize effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities.
  3. Be accountable for meeting regional growth expectations and contributing to overall company expansion.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Strong sales and recruitment skills with effective negotiation and closing abilities.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Word, Excel, and digital recruitment platforms, including ATS.
  6. Energetic, motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian or eligible (preferred).
  • Proven experience or a minimum of 2-3 years in sales, recruiting, or customer service.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

Schedule: Full-time, remote, standard hours, exempt salary.

Compensation: $45,000 - $130,000+ annually (base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions).

Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
