We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our RDNC team. In this remote role, you’ll take full ownership of a designated territory, with the autonomy to drive both client acquisition and talent recruitment. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with prospects while sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier Registered Dietitians to meet their staffing needs. This role demands a strategic blend of sales acumen and recruiting expertise, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with both clients and candidates. You’ll be supported by robust outreach tools and a dedicated inside sales team, with a clear path for advancement in a fast-growing organization that values your success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Leverage internal outreach systems and collaborate with inside sales representatives to proactively identify, engage, and secure new healthcare clients
  • Utilize automated marketing tools and targeted prospecting to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Consistently track sales activity, client interactions, and market trends using our CRM to inform strategy and support data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets set by the company
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified Registered Dietitians across various levels of care
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational fit
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, offer negotiation, onboarding, credentialing, and retention planning
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance
    • Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving recruitment targets and performance benchmarks
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Communicate consistently with clients to understand and respond to their staffing needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
    • Address client concerns with professionalism and agility, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
    • Maintain detailed records of client communications in the CRM to support account growth strategies and renewal success
  • Territory & Market Management
    • Strategically manage and grow an assigned territory by setting measurable goals and executing against defined objectives
    • Analyze market trends and adapt outreach and recruitment strategies to maximize effectiveness and uncover new opportunities for growth
    • Display accountability for meeting growth expectations within your designated region and contribute to the company’s overall expansion goals
