Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a 24-hour/week role serving our long-term care community in Yuba City, CA. The position offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and completing the MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations.

• Credentialed by the CDR.
