Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support our long-term care community in Newman, CA for 8 hours per week. This role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team, including completing MDS - Section K and wound/weight change recommendations.
