Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Willows, CA for 16 hours/week. This role offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay, with drive time offered.

The position involves completing nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and handling MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required.
• Licensure as a Dietitian required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with EMR documentation using Nutrition Care Process.
