Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Registered Dietitian II to deliver evidence-based patient care and provide nutrition expertise within a specialty area. The role emphasizes nutrition education and consultant support alongside the clinical team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree for RD credentialing after 1/2024 (Bachelor’s acceptable if credentialed before 1/2024), RD credential, and licensure as a Dietitian-Nutritionist.

Qualifications

• RD credential required; Master’s degree required for credentialing after 1/2024, or a Bachelor’s if credentialing obtained before 1/2024.
• Minimum of two years of clinical-related experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed as a Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) per state statutes and regulation.

Responsibilities

Practices within Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Standards of Professional Practice and Performance in the application of the nutrition care process (NCP) and theory within a specialty area.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Individuals earning the RDN credentialed after 1/2024 must hold a Master’s Degree. Bachelor's Degree acceptable if RDN credentialing was obtained prior to 1/2024

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
