Overview

Position Summary: Provides quality clinical nutrition services by working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness. Provides medical nutrition therapy for all patients in accordance with providers' orders, as well as hospital and Clinical Nutrition Department policies.

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• Provides nutrition education as identified.
• Provides support to the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor\'s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
• Experience: Less than one year.
• Education Discipline: Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field. Completion of Dietetic internship. Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
