Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Merced, CA for 16 hours per week. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay while serving our long-term care community.

Drive time is offered. You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, and make wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Must hold a dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
