Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a 16-hour-per-week role serving our long‑term care community in Kilmarnock, VA. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay!

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, NCP documentation in the EMR, team collaboration, completing MDS – Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations. Required: CDR credential and dietetic licensure.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian with active licensure is required.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with patients and care teams.
• Client-centered approach and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS – Section K.
• Calculate TF and make wound/weight-change recommendations.
