Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team for 16-32 hours per week at an acute care facility in Rochdale, MA. Flexible schedule and competitive pay are offered.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, and making enteral/TPN feeding recommendations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Compute and recommend enteral and TPN feedings.
