Job summary

New Franklin Center for Rehabiliation and Nursing is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our long-term care team, focusing on resident-centered care.

You will conduct nutritional assessments, develop care plans, monitor intake, collaborate with nursing and food service, and provide education to residents, families, and staff. RD or RD-eligible preferred; flexible scheduling and supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible
• Experience in nursing home or hospital settings preferred
• Familiarity with nutrition software and electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care
