Highland Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Registered Dietitian to plan and deliver nutritional care to residents in accordance with physician orders and state standards.
You will maintain food safety, oversee dietary services, and collaborate with clinical teams. Requires Bachelor’s in Dietetics, active RD license, and two years’ LTC experience or one year as RD consultant; strong focus on infection control and patient well-being.

The primary purpose of your job is to plan and deliver nutritional care to residents in accordance with the physicians’ orders and with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
