Job summary

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our caring team. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality nutrition services to residents, developing personalized plans, and supporting their overall health and well-being.

You will assess nutritional needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and deliver compassionate care in a supportive environment that values resident dignity and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold New York State Registered Dietitian certification.
• Rehab experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
