Meadowood Nursing Center is seeking a Dietitian to plan, develop, organize, and direct the Food Services Department, ensuring quality nutritional services daily within sanitary standards.
The role includes reviewing policies, implementing corrective actions for survey deficiencies, and supporting the QA committee with action plans while maintaining safe, clean dietary service areas.
The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are being provided on a daily basis and that the food services department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
As Dietitian, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Additional duties to include:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
