Rancho Seco Care Center in California is seeking a Dietitian to plan, organize, develop and direct the Food Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
You will have authority, responsibility, and accountability to lead the department, review policies, implement corrective plans, support QA, and perform regular sanitation and safety inspections.
The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are being provided on a daily basis and that the food services department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
AsDietitian, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Additional duties to include:
Eduation:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
