Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our dentist. The role requires preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and providing chair-side support.

Responsibilities include taking and developing X-rays, educating patients on oral hygiene, maintaining records, managing inventory, and ensuring infection control. The position supports front office tasks if needed. Schedule is Monday to Friday with a pay range of $25-$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Registered Dental Assistant certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
