Community Dental Partners in Garland, TX seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the Dentist during treatments, exams, and patient discussions. You will perform general RDA duties in collaboration with the team and uphold strong customer service and professionalism.

You will greet patients, assist with exams, capture x-rays, prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, discuss treatments, and help with post-care instructions.

Qualifikationen

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing is required or preferred.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing certifications are preferred (2+ years experience may be supported by company courses).
• Experience with digital x-ray and digital charting is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, verify codes.
• Capture high-quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentist with treatments and discuss options with patients.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Explain post-care instructions to patients and parents.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support with scheduling and patient engagement.
• Maintain sterile instruments and cross-contamination controls.
