Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Crockett, TX to support dentists during treatments and discussions with patients. You will perform general RDA duties in collaboration with the team, emphasizing quality customer service and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking x-rays, assisting procedures, room prep/sterilization, and scheduling support while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company values.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing is required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing certifications preferred (if 2+ years of experience, courses provided).
• Experience with digital x-ray and digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and verify codes with precision.
• Capture high-quality x-ray images and assist dentist with procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options and provide post-care instructions.
• Support with scheduling and maintain HIPAA compliance.
