Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with dental experience to join our Apex Dental Nacogdoches office in Texas. The role focuses on welcoming patients, taking digital X-rays, and assisting dentists across a variety of procedures in a friendly, efficient setting.

You will educate patients, maintain sterile environments, and help manage appointments while upholding high standards of care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing preferred or training provided.
• Proficient with digital X-rays and charting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, making them feel at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement as needed.
• Be a key player in managing patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.
