Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant for Bulverde Dentistry in Spring Branch, TX. The RDA will assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency and provide a positive patient experience.

Duties include taking x-rays and intra-oral pictures, educating patients, maintaining a sterile, compliant office, and following OSHA/HIPAA/ADA guidelines. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; state certifications/licensure; an associate degree or

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Actively participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing patients on optimal treatment and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
