Job summary

League City Smiles Dentistry in League City, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist during patient care, imaging, and lab duties. You will assist with x-rays, intra-oral photos, and chair-side care while promoting a positive patient experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus an associate degree or completed dental assisting certificate; state certification/licensure as required. We offer benefits and a supportive team.

• Associate degree or certificate in dental assisting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Training courses as mandated by state for certification/licensure or registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain sterile, cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors.
• Perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
