Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our pediatric/orthodontic team in Texas. You will support orthodontists, take x‑rays and records, prepare patients, and ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years as an RDA, TX license, BLS certification, and proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry. On‑site role with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking patient x-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records
• Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures
• Bonding brackets and scanning images
• Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient records

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry
• Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills
• Active Texas RDA License
• Current BLS certification
