Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Lytle) is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support orthodontists and ensure every patient has a positive experience. You will take X-rays, impressions, and records, assist during procedures, and help maintain patient records in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry.
• Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills.
• Active Texas RDA License.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Take patient X-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records.
• Prepare patients and assist the orthodontist during procedures.
• Bond brackets and scan images.
• Clean, prepare, and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records.

About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking patient x-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records
• Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures
• Bonding brackets and scanning images
• Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient records

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry
• Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills
• Active Texas RDA License
• Current BLS certification
