Your Role
  • If you are an RDA: Use your expertise to perform tasks like creating temporary crowns, applying sealants, and assisting with impressions and restorations as directed by the dentist.
  • Surgical Dentistry: Support during complex surgical procedures, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Right hand to the dentists: Anticipate needs, master instrumentation, and ensure seamless appointments.
  • Craftsmanship: Pour and trim models, take impressions, and assist in fabrication processes.
  • Patient Educator: Explain aftercare instructions, guide recovery, and answer patient questions with clarity and compassion.
  • Patient Advocate: Build trust, guide patients through care, and promote healthier smiles.
  • Master Multitasking: Prepare rooms, assist during procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to Excellence: Collaborate on quality initiatives and deliver top-tier care.
Qualifications

Active RDA (preferred), CDA, or DA with experience. Strong customer service or healthcare background. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and computer skills, with basic knowledge of electronic health systems. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for candidates with healthcare or advanced customer service experience and a commitment to longevity.
