Job Description

Our Lumino Mobile 2 Unit is seeking a reliable full-time Dental Assistant to join our team! Our mobile dental units visit secondary schools across Auckland, allowing parents to avoid taking time off work or removing their children from important classes for dental visits.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support a highly experienced team of clinicians by assisting with diverse dental procedures during patient appointments. Responsibilities also include instrument sterilisation, infection control, stock management, and occasional reception duties, so a friendly, people-oriented approach is essential.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (during school terms)

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Experience with sterilisation and/or customer service is preferred.
  • A warm, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
