As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), patient care is your top priority. You support the patient and assist the doctor with procedures. We seek talented individuals who excel in customer service, support the doctor precisely, and have a friendly chair-side manner.

Qualifications:

• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on patient care
• Be present, engaged, and ready for all shifts
• Assist with dental procedures, take radiographs, review patient charts, and maintain equipment
• Complete laboratory duties and support patient education
• Work well in a team, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain confidentiality and safety standards

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current radiography certification
• EFDA certification as per state regulations
• Dental Assistant certification (or ability to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
• Nitrous Oxide monitoring certification preferred

Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in a professional setting with patient contact preferred
• Excellent attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computers and adaptability to new programs
