We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role of the RDA is to assist the dentist in providing the best possible treatment and gaining patient commitment with urgency. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment
• Participating in the Perfect Patient ExperienceÔ by focusing on patient needs and concerns
• Maintaining a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment; preparing patients for treatment and assisting the doctors to ensure efficient, quality care
• Completing x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist
• Instructing patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories following ADA guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, along with required training courses for certification, licensure, or registration as mandated by state
• Certifications/licenses as required by state (e.g., radiograph exposure, coronal polish, ultrasonic scaling, sealant application)
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation: $19.25 - $27.00 per hour
