Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with dental experience to join our Apex Dental Nacogdoches office. The ideal candidate will welcome patients, take digital X-rays, assist dentists, and maintain a clean, sterile treatment environment.

We value strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail. A Texas RDA license is required, and additional certifications are welcome. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Experience with digital X-rays and charting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain sterilization standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for exams.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a range of procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients on treatments and aftercare.
• Perform sealants and polishing as needed.
• Manage patient appointments and records.
• Uphold sterilization and safety standards.

Your Role:

As an RDA at our office, you will:

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, making them feel at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist our dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Shine in providing teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
• Be a key player in managing patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
• A star in customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
