Henderson Smiles is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Texas. You will welcome patients, prepare them for exams, take digital X-rays, and support dentists during various procedures to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, or Coronal Polishing preferred or training provided.
• Proficiency with digital X-rays and charting systems; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams and procedures.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Assist with teeth polishing and sealant placement.
• Manage patient appointments and care coordination.
• Uphold sterilization standards and infection control.
• Create a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients.

• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Shine in providing teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
• Be a key player in managing patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
• A star in customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
