Henderson Smiles in Texas is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team and support dentists across a range of procedures. You will welcome patients, capture high-quality X-rays, and ensure a clean, organized clinical area.

A focus on patient comfort and care is essential. Ideal candidates hold a Texas RDA license, have digital X-ray and charting skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing (training provided).
• Proficiency with digital X-rays and charting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, putting them at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, organized exam environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement as needed.
• Manage patient appointments and care coordination.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere throughout visits.

Your Role:

As an RDA at Henderson Smiles, you will:

• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing Certifications (training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting.
• A star in customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
