Job summary

Henderson Smiles in Texas is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant who will welcome patients, prepare exam rooms, and support dentists through a range of procedures.

You will take digital X-rays, assist with treatments, maintain sterilization, educate patients on options and aftercare, and help schedule appointments.

We value customer service, detail orientation, and a warm, engaging chairside manner; certifications in sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing are a plus.

Qualifications

• Texas-issued RDA license is required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing certifications preferred.
• Experience with digital X-rays and charting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, making them feel at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist our dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Shine in providing teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures.
• Be a key player in managing patient appointments and care.
• Uphold stringent sterilization standards.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.

• A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
