Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate holds a Texas RDA license and demonstrates proficiency in digital X-rays and charting, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License is required.
• Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing are a plus or training may be provided.
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting is essential.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are expected.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for dental exams, putting them at ease.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Maintain a sterile, organized exam and treatment environment.
• Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare.
• Perform teeth polishing and sealant placement as applicable.
