Wedbush Securities in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and senior management. Responsibilities include client support, account maintenance, meeting coordination, and travel planning, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, FINRA Series 7 and 66 or Series 7/63/65 licenses, and at least 3 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 licenses required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors.
• Maintain and update client account information; assist with specialized projects.
• Coordinate and assist with client review meetings and new account setups.
• Organize calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
• Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports promptly.
• Arrange travel itineraries and compile necessary documents.
• Interact with clients in person and by phone, delivering excellent service.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
• Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables.
• Answer phones and take detailed messages.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional appearance and demeanor is essential

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $32.92/hr. Colleaguesmay be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensationbased on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
