Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Associate in El Segundo, CA. You will keep client information current in management systems and educate clients on account services and capabilities. You’ll prepare reports for client meetings and gather documentation for new accounts and service requests.

You will also help plan team marketing events, maintain materials, and provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities. A 2-year background in client service and a strong communicator are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client service, finance or banking sector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required), focusing on financial markets
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• bachelor's degree (preferred, not required), focusing on financial market

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - El Segundo min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
