Job summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate in New York to support high-net-worth client servicing within a collaborative financial services team.

You will keep client data current, educate clients on account services, assist with reports for meetings, gather documentation for new accounts, and help plan team marketing events while maintaining calendars and materials. Strong communication and finance background preferred.

Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
• 3–5 years of client service experience in the finance sector.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on finance.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; accuracy matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working in the Financial Services team in New York. Your working location will be based in New York. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through Financial Advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your Skills And Experience

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Mandarin is a plus

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New York - New York min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
