About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide behavioral therapy services to our clients, focusing on behavioral skills, social skills, and emotional regulation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral therapy sessions to clients with ASD and related behaviors

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies

• Use various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate client progress and make recommendations for treatment

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatments, and outcomes

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience required in behavioral therapy, with a preference for experience working with clients with ASD

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
