Job summary

Cedar Tree ABA in Clearfield, UT is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will work with children with autism and developmental disabilities, delivering therapy sessions in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs with guidance and supervision.
• Prepare for each therapy session by reviewing client files, gathering materials, and understanding session structure.
• Arrive on time and interact with clients as indicated in the treatment plan for the duration of the session.
• Establish and maintain a paired relationship with clients.
• Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA requirements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
