Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team and help deliver individualized services.

You’ll work in home settings with families, follow BCBA guidance, collect data, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team. Competitive pay and benefits include exam fee coverage, CEUs, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• RBT certification course may be free for candidates with relevant child-care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.

• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
