Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

• Implement behavior management strategies and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with individualized treatment plans
• Collect and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Assist with the implementation of behavioral therapy techniques, including reinforcement and prompting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment goals
• Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of special education principles in daily practice
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as an RBT
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
