Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 6:45 PM. Requires RBT Certification and at least 8 months ABA experience.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
