Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and engaging with clients and families in a compassionate, professional manner.

The position offers evenings and weekend hours, competitive pay between $21 and $29 per hour, and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within a mission-driven team

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday and Saturday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
