Steady Strides ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Texas to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–5:30 PM with a pay rate of $21–$29 per hour, based on experience. You will attend supervision, collect data, and engage positively with clients and families.

Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work
Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested

RBT Certification (Required)
Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism under pressure
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
