Steady Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in Old River-Winfree, Texas. Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
• Eligibility requires:
• Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks

• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
