Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for individuals to join our RBT training program to support our center-based learners. Our RBTs are essential team members, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. If you are passionate about making a difference and eager to learn, this role is for you — we provide the training you need.

What to Expect in Our RBT Training Program

• Support throughout your RBT training and licensing journey, from day one through your first session and beyond.
• The program is remote, self-paced, and allows you to maintain your current role or studies.
• We provide study guides, virtual study sessions, and a supportive community to help you succeed in passing the RBT exam.
• You will gain a deep understanding of ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques, and how to apply them daily.
